Known as the “mother of me-time” registered dietitian and wellness expert Rebecca Scritchfield is living her passion of inspiring people to take back their health. Through nutrition counseling, speaking, and media, she advocates a balanced lifestyle focused on self-care – not unrealistic diets, feelings of guilt, or goals of perfection.

Rebecca believes the real “secret” to having more energy and getting what you want out of life is through focusing on three goals: eating well, getting exercise, and having fun.

She has helped hundreds of people change their lives from her Washington D.C. based private practice specializing in weight management and thousands of people from companies such as Allstate, Xerox, and Bayer Healthcare have been inspired by her empowering message to “energize your life one healthy habit at a time!”

A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Rebecca has reached millions through television, radio, print, and web including: Today Show, MSNBC, Fox News, CNN, The Washington Post, O Magazine, Prevention, Women’s Health, and Runner’s World.
